Each manufacturer has a duty to provide safe products into the stream of commerce before they are purchased and used by a customer. Unfortunately, some manufacturers choose to cut corners and put potential profits ahead of customer safety.  When manufacturers fail in this duty, either through poor design, faulty manufacturing, dangerous defects, faulty warnings, customers can be seriously injured – or even killed.

If you have been hurt by a defective product, it is important that you contact a caring advocate who will work diligently to keep you and the community safe by holding manufacturers accountable and recovering reasonable compensation.
